Requirements:
• Completion of high school
• Over 6 months of cooking experience required.
• Knowledge of Japanese/Asian ingredients is preferred
General duties as:
• Prepare and cook complete meals of foods
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and report supplies to the food service supervisor
• Assist with kitchen operations
• Adhere to all regulations including infection control, use of hazardous materials, and re-safety
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Clean kitchen and work areas
