Full time position available 42-52 hours per week. Days of work- Monday to Sunday (alternating weekends). Hours 7:00a.m.- 6:p.m. Prepare & cook complete meals for 45-49 residents as per menu. Prepare and cook special meals for clients diabetics, dialysis and low sodium diets. Prepare and bake Desserts. Clean kitchen, dish cleanup and clean and sanitize work areas. Inspect kitchen and food service areas. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Supervise kitchen staff and kitchen helpers, and manage kitchen operations.
