We are committed to providing our customers with the most suitable telecommunications services, including home or business internet, television, and security services, personal or business mobile services, and more. Our Calgary store is currently seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1.Engage with users via electronic communication or in person to understand and document their technical issues.
2.Investigate problems by referring to user guides, technical manuals, and other resources.
3.Diagnose and solve technical challenges faced by users.
4.Offer advice and training to users, addressing their specific needs.
5.Extend support related to business systems, networks, and internet services.
6.Collaborate with other technical support analysts. Maintain records of reported problems and their corresponding solutions.
7.May oversee other technical support team members.
Requirements:
1.Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming, or related field
2.2-3 years’ experience in providing technical support.
3.Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
4.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
