Description

Genco Asphalt Inc. is a privately owned, operated,and family based road construction company. Genco is seeking full-time Heavy Equipment Operators. A minimum of 2 years experience is required. This position is responsible for operating Heavy Equipment such as, but not limited to, loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, water trucks, oil trucks, and skid steers.  Our approach to work is centered on quality and safety. All employees must follow Genco's policies, practices, and procedures. We offer a competitive compensation package and benefits. Must be willing to submit a drivers abstract upon hiring.

Key Duties Include:

-Actively participating, promoting, and engaging in the Company's Safety Policies.
-Operating Equipment as assigned, and participating in jobsite labour if required.
-Monitoring and reporting preventative maintenance of equipment.
-Perform minor maintenance work to ensure working condition of the equipment.
-Communicating information clearly and effectively, working as part of a team.
-Listening and carrying out instructions diligently, and speaking up when instructions are unclear.
-Willingness to travel between jobsite's, and work overtime when required.
