Job Duties: - Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure the quality and consistency of pizza dough, sauce, and toppings
Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation
Assist with other food preparation tasks as assigned Skills
Previous experience in the food service industry as a cook or pizza maker
Strong knowledge of pizza dough stretching techniques and pizza assembly
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
