Edgeline Drywall System Ltd. is looking for one General Construction Manager for their business located at Unit- 101, 15505 54A ave Surrey BC V3S 5X5. This will be full time/permanent position with 8 hours a day and 40 hours in a week.
General Construction Manager have the following duties to perform:
-Prepare the project plan and develop a budget sheet for the client to ensure cost-effectiveness.
-Direct and oversee the team, organizing work schedules based on workload.
-Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and suppliers, and make changes in the project according to client preferences.
-Schedule frequent inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
-Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance among all workers.
-Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and instruct workers to conduct regular inspections to meet safety standards.
-Identify and resolve work-related issues such as design changes and product shortages
-Prepare proper documentation for buildings such as contracts, permits and design of buildings

Job Requirements:
-2-4 years of experience in the same field may be required
-Degree or diploma in engineering or other related field will be an asset
-English as a language skills is required
What we offer:
-51.28 per hour
-4% vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period
-Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time position
