Job Title: Customer Service Manager (NOC 60020)
Location: BRAMPTON, ON
Hours: 35 hours per week, permanent full-time

Wages: $43.5/hour
Job duties:
• Improve customer service experience, meet customer service financial objectives
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Determines customer service requirements by maintain contact with customers; visiting customers and conduct surveys
• Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Maintaining accurate reports and documenting all customer service activities and discussions
• Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department
• Responsible for maximum customer satisfaction for our products and services or distributed products by the company
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Experience and Education Requirement:
• Completion of a college or university program
• At least 5 years supervisory experience in the field are required.
