Currently, we are actively seeking an experienced and full-time permanent restaurant manager to join our team. The work location is at 74 Old Placentia Road, Mount Pearl, NL.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the restaurant, including inventory, services, operation and prices
Recruit and supervise staff
Provide friendly services and implement the procedures
Resolve customer complaints
Manage staff’ work schedule and performance in daily activities
Ensure service quality and comply with government’s health and safety regulations
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities
Skills & Qualification:
Completion of a secondary school education is required.
Completion of community college program in hospitality or food and beverage service management or a related field
1 year of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
Good management and leadership skills, attention to detail, teamwork
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English
Fluent in a second language is an asset.
Compensation:
The wage for this position is $21.50 per hour
Working hours: Monday-Sunday, 40 hours/week
10 days of vacation yearly or 4% of annual remuneration
