Master Drywall Ltd. located at Surrey, British Columbia, V3S 0Z4 is looking for Drywall Installer supervisor with minimum high- school education. Candidates should also have either a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience or Trade Certificate/ Diploma in the relevant field. This is a full-time position with 32- 40 hours of work per week. Pay per hour will be $34.00. You will be required to work at various construction sites across Metro- Vancouver.
Following are some of the job duties:
• Manage, oversee, and plan the tasks of drywall installers and plasterers.
• Develop strategies to ensure project timelines are met and harmonize work assignments with tradesman and subcontractors.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Order materials and supplies and ensure inventory management.
• Train workers in job duties, safety protocols and company policies.
• Offer recommendations for personnel matters, such as recruitment and promotions.
• Compile reports on the progress of work.
