Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Responsible for the management of the restaurant, staff in the kitchen as well as serving staff.
• Responsible for managing food handling, providing work schedules, and worker’s compensation.
• Manage the inventory, accounts & billing.
• Taking care of the ledger of the restaurant including the financial management such as daily, weekly, and
monthly funds flow.
• Responsible for all quality control, statutory, and legal compliance matters of the restaurant.
• Making sure customer service being provided meets the standard of the restaurant.
• Hiring and training new workers and explaining company policies
