- Prepare and cook dishes and side dishes from the menu
- Prepare special dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Estimate expected food consumption and order ingredients/supplies
- Clean and inspect kitchen and work areas
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Experience: 1 year of related cooking experience is required
