Tasks
•Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, food and beverage services, accommodation and events
•Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
•Maintain the Standard Operating Procedures and brand standards of Marriott International
•Hire, train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional service and adhere to the required company and industry standards
•Conduct performance reviews
•Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
•Conduct training sessions
•Perform front desk duties
•Prepare and manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
•Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
•Enforce policies and procedures
