• Schedule and confirm appointments promptly.
• Manage telephone calls and relay messages efficiently.
• Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor office supplies and replenish inventory as needed.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate information flow.
• Establish and manage filing systems, both manual and computerized.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks.
• Offer excellent customer service support.
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)
Hourly Wage: $29.00 / hour
