Position: Tour Operator
Wage: $29.00 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible hours, with day shifts
Start Date: As soon as June 01, 2024
Education: Secondary high school
Experience: 2 to 3 years of management skills
Responsibilities:
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
- Plan and control budget and inventory.
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure.
- Two to Three years’ prior experience in a managerial role preferred.
- Must be willing to travel frequently or constantly as required.
Credentials:
- Class 5/5F/G License (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses:
- Driver's validity license check
