Work hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week
Wage: $17.00/hour
Vacation: Employees are entitled to either two weeks of paid vacation per year or compensation equivalent to 4% of their gross salary.
Nature: Full-time permanent.

Job duties
Prepare and cook Japanese dishes and food items.
Evaluate portion sizes and oversee supply management.
Organize and oversee the schedules of kitchen assistants.
Supervise the daily functions of the kitchen.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain detailed records of ingredients
Employment requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
A year of experience as a cook or similar role is required.
Outstanding cooking skills, especially in Japanese cuisine
Good team player.
We work in English, but being fluent in a second language is an asset.
