Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes, and special meals according to customer preferences.
Specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes such as curry/ tandoori items.
Maintain and monitor inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Plan menus, determine size of food portions as well as estimate food requirements and costs.
Clean kitchen, work areas and oversee kitchen operations.
Train and supervise kitchen helper.
