Education: College diploma or equivalent experience
Experience: Previous clerical experience preferred
Tasks:
- Perform administrative activities to support company’s daily operation
- Answer phone calls, manage email enquiries, process data, maintain client files, and manage operational system
- Facilitate communications with clients and schedule appointments
- Implement effective work procedures and prepare regular reports
- Make business reservations and arrangements
- Arrange and assist in organizing company meetings
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies and stationary
- Other duties as assigned
