Is seeking one experienced bookkeepers. Start date as soon as possible.
Salary $25.00 / hour. 35 hours per week. (Full-time, permanent)
Requirements:
College or CEGEP completion
Be able to communicate in English (oral and written)
At least 1 year experience
Be able to provide a clear criminal record check
Be experienced and competent in office software programs, including accounting software, electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word and MS Office.
The Bookkeepers will perform the following job duties:
Post journal entries, Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, Prepare trial balance of books, Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, Prepare tax returns, Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, Reconcile accounts, Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
