Summary:
As a family with demanding work schedule, we are looking for a Housekeeper who can help to maintain our home in Oakville, Ontario. This will be full-time, permanent, and hourly based. The Housekeeper will be required to direct, control, and maintain the high standards of cleanliness, organization, and management of our home.

Benefits:
• Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7 am to 3:30 pm; Friday 8 am to 5 pm
• Saturday and Sunday off per week
• 10 days of paid vacation per year
• Overtime payment (after 44 hours a week)
The Role:
• A Light Duty Cleaner Housekeeper will be responsible for directing and controlling all housekeeping operations by implementing an operating procedures and standards of a private residences. A Housekeeper will also be responsible for cleaning a particular space on a regular basic and keeping it neat and pleasant.

Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in similar position is preferred
• Proven experience as a housekeeper in a private residence or similar setting
Security and Safety:
• Criminal record check required

Detailed Skills and Duties
Responsibilities
• Sweep, mop, wash, wax, and polish floors
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Make beds, change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Wash and iron clothes and fold into cupboards
• Stock linen closets and other supplies area
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Report and store lost and found items
• Cook food and prepare meals
• Wash plates, cooking pans and utensils
• Assist with special projects and events, including holiday preparations and family gathering
Qualifications and Requirements
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in English and understanding of Arabic and French is required
• Comfortable working with everyone
• High organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good time management and multitasking required
• Highly discreet in preserving the confidentiality and privacy of the family
• Flexible schedule, including availability for occasional weekends or evenings as needed
