Job duties

As our IoT Manufacturing IoT Implementation Technologist, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Spearheading the implementation of IoT solutions for industrial manufacturing, leveraging connected devices to drive productivity and achieve substantial cost savings.
- Managing both wired and wireless enterprise-level computer networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and implementing robust security measures.
- Optimizing the performance of our millwork machinery and CNC equipment, striving for peak efficiency and unparalleled accuracy.
- Integrating cutting-edge IoT technologies into our manufacturing processes to elevate quality control and enable predictive maintenance.
- Coordinating and overseeing smart device technology projects, working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure successful implementations.
- Specializing in VMware virtualization for CNC machines, streamlining operations within a single, unified platform.
- Implementing centralized IoT and network management across multiple manufacturing locations, enabling real-time monitoring and remote troubleshooting.
- Utilizing IoT sensors and advanced data analytics to optimize the performance of our millwork machinery, resulting in minimized downtime and enhanced overall productivity.
- Developing and implementing centralized procedures for millwork machinery operations and safety protocols, ensuring streamlined and standardized practices.
- Real-Time Machine Data, providing valuable insights into production processes and identifying bottlenecks as they happen.
- Ability to Customize and develop Dashboards for monitoring and reports in web-based or cloud platform
- Collaborating seamlessly with our IT teams to establish secure and reliable computer networks, dedicated to the efficient management of our millwork machinery

Job requirements

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with IOT solutions implementation, including within the industrial manufacturing and millwork industry
- Experience with millwork machinery and CNC equipment
- Knowledge for G-Code Programing
- Implement IoT Cloud for Centralize IOT device Monitoring
- Implement Microsoft and Cisco Network
- Troubleshooting IoT sensors and Electronic Boards
- Implement Industrial Network environments
- Experience in AutoCAD, Cabinet , G-Code Simulators & office group software’s
- Experience with Wireless Network
- Familiar with RTLS systems in industrial Environments
- Minimum education: Secondary school completion
- English is the required language of work

Salary and Employment Terms

Wage: $37 to $39 per hour

Benefits: Eligibility to join extended health plan; 4% vacation pay

Job Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week)
