Overview

The primary responsibility of the Change Manager will be to implement change management strategies and plans that drives faster adoption, desired ways of working and proficiency with the changes that impact employees within the organization. On an ongoing basis, this role will also support project teams with integrating change management activities into their project plans.

Key Accountabilities

  • Apply change management processes and tools to execute strategies to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of work streams (e.g. training)
  • Create actionable deliverables across various change management levers e.g. communications, sponsorship and leadership alignment, training, business readiness, etc.
  • Supporting the build out and definition of the tactics (presentations, workshops, meetings, surveys, etc.) and analysis required for the rollout of change management activities
  • Collaborate with and engage project teams to champion change management at the organizational level
  • Help with and lead engagement programs for internal change management initiatives
  • Work with multiple partners to manage various aspects of a change.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years related change management experience with capability supporting large scale digital transformations
  • Strong understanding of technology implementations and technology organizations
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Strategic and tactical thinker with strong problem solving skills
  • Solid organization and planning skills with the ability to multi-task across multiple work streams and timelines
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Change Management tools like video editors, analytics, etc.
