Job Description
. Make and confirm appointments
. Keep up the filing method.
. Keep track of and compile minutes from all conferences, meetings, and court sessions.
. Establish and decide on office routines and procedures.
. Make travel plans, associated itineraries, and reservations.
. Create reports and financial statements.
. Prepare and key in legal documents and letters; oversee and train employees; open and distribute normal and electronic incoming mail and other materials; and coordinate the flow of information.
. Examine and edit letters and documents to make sure grammar and legal requirements are met.
. Execute simple bookkeeping duties.
