Job Description

* Contact with computer users experiencing problems in assessing and recording issues faced electronically and in person
* Provide assistance and maintenance to all computer systems and hardware in an organization
* Study and introduce solutions, referring technical guides, technical manuals, and other documentation
* Install, configure, and update hardware and software
* Replication, treatment, and resolution of technical issues faced by users
* Provide users with suggestions and coaching in response to established technical challenges
* Provide customers with business processes, network, and internet help in response to established technical challenges
* Organize, compile, and maintain a log of issues and solutions for other technical support analysts to use
* Engage in the redesign of apps and other software
Other technical support staff in this category may be supervised
* Fixing any issue related to the equipment that may come up daily

Job Requirements:
* Languages:: English
* Education:: College/CEGEP
* Experience:: 1 year to less than 2 years
* Ability to Supervise:: 3-4 people
