Job Description
· Generate the organization’s strategies in the right direction according to policies
· Manage organization’s financial, human, and material resources
· Control budgets and optimizes expenses
· Oversee day-to-day operations
· Delegate task and authorization to major departments and associated employees
· Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
· Oversee promotional campaigns and human resource planning
· Select middle executive staff like directors, managers, and delegate them necessary duties
· Direct the employee assessment process
· Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
· Allocate resources related to material, human and finance to implement organization’s policies

Education:: Bachelor's degree
Experience:: 3 years to less than 5 years
Ability to Supervise:: 11-15 people
