Job Description
· Including work surfaces, cabinets, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment, clean and sterilise the kitchen
· Supplies should be received, unpacked, and kept in refrigerators, freezers, cabinets, and other storage spaces
· Scrub pots and pans
· Assist in basic food preparation
· Check garbage and trash removal in the kitchen
· Clean, mop, wash, and shine the floors
· Unloading food supplies from delivery trucks
· Clean, peel, and cut fruit and vegetables
· Packing takeout orders for customers

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
