  Description :  
Mayfair Clubs is looking for One (1) IT Support Analyst who will oversee the critical area of Mayfair’s IT Infrastructure. The role carries the responsibility of being the key point of contact for IT issues of 4 Mayfair locations from Hardware, Software, Systems and Network issues.

Duties:
• Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
• Reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log
• Perform extensive troubleshooting and bug-testing with CSI and MotionVibe App
• Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
• May supervise other technical support workers in this group.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary point of contact for users regarding overall technical support (PC/Laptop, CSI Spectrum NG, MotionVibe App)
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization (Windows Environment: Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, Microsoft Office 365, Group Policy and Active Directory)
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes (VMware Administration)
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues (Cisco Meraki WiFi, Switch VLAN, and port security)
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions

Qualifications:
• Language: English
• Education: Degree, Associate or College diploma in Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; Strong knowledge of Windows-based server systems (Active Directory, Backups & Recovery, Group Policy, Updates, Troubleshooting); Strong knowledge of networking software, hardware, and protocols (Switches, Firewalls, Access Points, Security); Must be able to drive to all 4 locations as necessary, having a car with valid G license an asset.

Terms of Employment:
• Salary: $28.85 per hour; 40 hours per week; Willing to work a flexible schedule including weeknights and weekends
• Permanent, Full-Time
