Tasks:
Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted, Repair cracks and holes, Mix paint to desired colour and texture, Measure, cut and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings, Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging, Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, Use different types of paint equipment such as brush, sponges, cloths, sprayers, rollers, to apply paint on surfaces, provide drywall painting, complete patch work, sand, prime and paint, clean surface area before painting, cover any furniture or items in the room with drop cloth or other covering prior to painting, prepare surface by steam cleaning, and sanding, apply different types of wallpaper, mixing and applying various paints, use fillers and putty and plaster to repair, taping off outlets and other areas before painting, coordinate work with other tradespersons
