Prairie Co-op is hiring a Full Time Assistant Liquor Manager at our Gas Bar/C-Store in Melville, SK.

What youll do:
Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
Ensures prompt and efficient, and friendly customer service is provided at all times to maintain high customer service levels and ensure customer satisfaction is met.
Assists in preparing, administering, and achieving budgeted department goals related to pricing, sales, margin, expenses and inventory.
Assist the Gas Bar Manager in communicating operational requirements, operational changes, and translate the vision into departmental initiatives.
Ensures all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to and ensure safety and regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and maintained.
Will be required to assist in the Gas Bar/C-Store duties and responsibilities as needed and will be required to serve as a Manager on Duty (MOD) for Gas Bar/C-store and Liquor Store operations when needed.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
3+ years of relevant customer service experience with 1+ years of leadership experience is preferred
Valid Class 5 drivers License
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings as required
