We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team in Saint John, NB.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the use of current technology, by department, and work with department heads to understand their productivity goals & objectives.
- Identify opportunities to achieve department goals through the improved utilization of current technology.
- Lead technology-based initiatives and drive to the improved productivity outcome.
- Liaison between IT and the Business Departments.
- Provide input and recommendations for new technology investments, by department, to improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of related experience
- Business Analyst Experience
- Project Management Experience
- Understanding of integrations, ETL & SQL
- Ability to document business needs and translate to IT requirements.
- Experience with ERP's, CRM's, AP Automation, Point-of-Sales, and O365 with Power Automate are all considered Assets.
