Wage: $28.50 per hour
Overtime wage: $42.75/hr after 40/hrs per week;
Work Location: Various work locations across lower mainland
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: As per BC Employment Standards Act;
Vacation: 10 days paid vacation will be provided;
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience is required.
Job Duties:
• Set up frames for safe access to roofs.
• Install, repair or replace roof by using hand or power tools,
• Able to Install, repair or replace roofing tiles and shakes
• Able to work on sloped roofs of buildings
• Able to Install sheet metal flashings
• Wearing protective gears is mandatory.
• Estimating material requirements and provide quotation.
• Ensure standard safety measurements are always followed.
• Apply waterproof coatings to above and below ground levels
