Description

Dexter Distribution Group Canada Ltd. is a Parts Distributor serving clients throughout Canada.

We operate in a team environment, with safety, efficiency, and customer service as our primary goals.

We are looking to add a Full Time Office Manager to our team.

The Office Manager will work closely with the Sales Team, Purchaser, Shipping Personnel, General Accountant and Branch Manager to ensure timely and efficient workflow, the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, and effective communication to customers and co-workers.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will:

    Coordinate with Sales Personnel and Shipping Personnel to perform Accounts Receivable invoicing for Route Trucks, Common Carrier Shipments, and when required, Customer Pickups.
    Process payments for Route Shipments, Common Carrier Shipments, and when required, Customer Pickups.
    Assist Sales personnel with the creation and completion of RGAs & RFCs.
    Posting daily cash and inventory adjustments.
    Manage the creation, organization and updating of Best Practice Documents.
    Manage the creation, maintenance and logging of company forms and documents.
    Update Customer data in Rinax as required.
    Manage Telephone systems.
    Manage Security System, related alarm codes, employee access and key distribution.
    Manage the creation, processing, follow up and filing of customer credit applications.
    Manage and maintain office furniture, office equipment and office supplies.
    Manage Saskatchewan Workers Compensation including claims, communication, and interaction with employees.
    Ensure that telephones are answered in a timely manner and direct calls as required.
    Distribute daily reports.
    Assist with or perform Payroll when required.
    Assist General Accountant with accounting tasks when needed.
    Other responsibilities, duties and tasks as required.
