Brick Street Bakery is hiring an Artisan Baker.

Job duties and qualifications:
Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
Mix dough and batters,
Follow recipes
Has bakery experience (2 years minimum)
Has a food safe certificate
Is physically strong / comfortable with heavy and repetitive lifting and scooping
Has experience with lamination, baking and executing recipes
Has a flexible schedule and is comfortable with some overtime
Has a sense of urgency / strong work ethic / comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Is trustworthy / values integrity
Is a good team player
Is organized and pays attention to detail
