Job Description:
Salary: $23.00/hour

Job Duties: 
1. Coordinate Logistics Operations, ensure efficient coordination between different departments to facilitate smooth operations.
2. Monitor Supply Movement, actively monitor the transport and handling of all materials within the facility to prevent delays and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate departments.
3. Schedule Management. Ensure that all items are shipped and received according to the planned timelines to support uninterrupted sales activities.
4. Supply Chain Efficiency. Identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions to streamline operations.
5. Prepare Customs Documentation. Ensure that all paperwork complies with relevant regulations and laws to prevent legal issues and customs delays.
6. Process Shipping Documents. Process and manage all shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other required documents to ensure that all shipments meet regulatory and company standards.
7. International Logistics Compliance. Stay updated with international shipping regulations and practices. Ensure that all international shipments adhere to the laws and regulations of both the originating and destination countries.
8. Coordination with Shipping Partners. Negotiate terms and conditions with logistics partners to secure favorable shipping arrangements.

Job Qualifications: 
?Minimum post-secondary education program is required;
?1+ years of experience working in a transportation or related field is an advance;
?Ability to plan and manage projects;
?Ability to work effectively within a group environment;
?Strong decision-maker with exceptional time management;
?Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems.
