a full time Bricklayer is required to work at a construction company. Responsibilities: Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units, Lay bricks, stone or similar materials to provide veneer facing
Construct and install prefabricated masonry units
Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools
Lay bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces
Lay or install firebricks to line industrial chimneys and smokestacks
$50.83/hr, 35 hours/week Monday-Friday- This is a permanent position.
2 years experience required
Preference for this position will be given to Canadians, permanent residents, new immigrants, indigenous peoples, vulnerable youth, older workers and people with disabilities with appropriate experience.
