Our company 0990135 BC. Ltd is based in Surrey, BC and is carrying out all kinds of residential and commercial building construction and renovations etc. Our company is currently hiring 2 Office Administrative Assistants to join us at the earliest.
Job Duties:
• Manage the mail
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
• Set up and maintain filing systems
• Greet visitors, and direct visitors to appropriate person
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings
• Prepare and edit invoices and correspondences
Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school
• Completion of 1-2 years of college or other program for administrative assistant or secretaries or previous clerical experience
Job Terms:
• Full time, Permanent position
• Wage: $29.00/Hour
