Description

We are looking for a collaborative team player who is effective at building excellent relationships with various stakeholders to join our workforce planning and talent acquisition team.

There are two 18-month term positions.

In this role, you will:
- Work collaboratively with the business on recruitment files
- Contribute to strategic talent acquisition sourcing for our northern Saskatchewan operations, as well as the Saskatoon office
- Coach leaders on processes and strategies that eliminate bias while also meeting business priorities, and
- Promote Camecos values while fostering a culture that is inclusive, innovative, and safe through all talent acquisition activities.

Required:
- Bachelors degree in business or related discipline
- Up to three years of experience in human resources, with preference towards direct recruitment experience in a corporate and/or industrial setting
- Strong organizational skills, including time management and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- Proficient in cultivating and building relationships with stakeholders  
- Excellent customer service focus, with proficient oral and written communication skills  
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, problem solve and achieve desired outcomes
- Aptitude for technology and process improvement

Recommended:
- Experience with applicant tracking software and enterprise software like SuccessFactors or SAP
