Providentia Consulting is a rapidly expanding Real Estate Investment and Property Management firm specializing in the acquisition, remodelling, renovation, and occasional demolition of residential investment properties. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are in need of general construction labourers to assist in executing these projects.
The work location will vary depending on the specific tasks being undertaken and the assignments scheduled for our workers. Transportation to and from the work sites will be provided for all employees. Current projects are located in Leamington, Ontario, Timmins, Ontario and South Porcupine, Ontario.

Load, unload and transport construction materials
Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
Assist in demolishing buildings
Clean and pile salvaged materials
Perform routine maintenance work
Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
