Position: Marketing Manager (NOC 10022)

Type: Full Time, Permanent
Work Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
Salary: $50/hour
What You Do:
• Establish marketing strategies to promote the recreational vacation experiences and amenities offered by the company.
• Conduct market research studies to gain insights into the preferences, behaviours, and demographics of our target audience.
• Analyze research data to identify emerging market trends, assess the competitive landscape, and inform strategic marketing initiatives.
• Provide marketing insights for improvements to our existing offerings and services, and develop new promotional strategies accordingly.
• Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies to drive guest engagement and optimize business performance.
What You Need:
• A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
• 3 years of professional experience in a related position
• Effective leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
