Action Force Transport is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations on a day-to-day basis.
Job Requirements:
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
-Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
-Carry out administrative activities of establishment
-Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
-Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
-Perform data entry
-Train staff
-Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
-Monitor and evaluate
-Plan and control budget and expenditures
Computer and technology knowledge:
-Electronic mail
-MS Office
-Database software
