What We Are Looking for

As a talented Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Providing historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation arrangement, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Maintaining office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Wages and Work Hours

$25-28/hour 30-35 hours per week

Office Manager Qualifications / Skills

Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent data entry skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality required.
Supply management
Tracking budget expenses
HR background will be considered an asset
Good manufacturing practice experience is required
Promoting process improvement
Inventory control
Reporting skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

Associate degree or bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2-4years’ of proven experience in an administrative or similar role
Enjoys working within a Team centered environment
A bilingual capability would be helpful but not required.
Security and safety

Must provide criminal record check

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
