The Survey Data Analyst will be responsible for obtaining, verifying, and managing data from the stakeholders, ensuring its accuracy and reliability. They will configure surveys and dashboards, understand, and document data structures, and manage security access as per business requirements. The role also involves proposing solutions for process efficiency, developing survey processes, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met. The ideal candidate must have a customer satisfaction-centric approach.

What You’ll Do:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations and Management Coordinator who will be responsible for obtaining and ensuring the accuracy of data from our business partners. The successful candidate will perform data QA to ensure reliability in build, analysis, and results, and will be proficient in survey configuration using Qualtrics.
  • The role requires a deep understanding of the relationship between multiple data structures and sources, and the ability to document process and data structures. Regular meetings with stakeholders will be conducted to understand the organization structure and reporting requirements.
  • The candidate should be familiar with ML data pipelines and best security practices for report access. The ideal candidate should be able to configure and assign security access as per business requirements.
  • Experience in research or survey design is a must, as is a customer satisfaction-centric approach. The successful candidate will propose solutions for process efficiency and data accuracy, develop survey processes, understand and document question and organizational data mapping, and engage stakeholders to ensure the solutions provided match the business requirements.

What You Bring:

  • The ideal candidate will be a University/College graduate in a related field or have equivalent work experience; research experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service, relationship building, and conflict resolution skills, as well as strong analytical skills with an emphasis on organizational and relational structures.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel is required.
  • The ability to take initiative, including the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment, is essential.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working within Workday or another HRIS system is an asset,
  • Knowledge of a programing language is an asset (Python, HTML, JavaScript).
  • Experience with technology platform security maintenance is also beneficial.
