TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Permanent, Full time
SPECIFIC SKILLS
• Selecting lumber as per the requirements of the project
• Working with suppliers to obtain necessary material
• Consulting other professionals to ensure the best possible results and the final product
• Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
• Prepare tenders and quotations
• Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
• Instruct apprentices and supervise other workers

• Ability to work under pressure

• Teamworking skills
Education and Experience Requirements
High School completion
1 TO 2 years of experience working in the relevant field/industry is required
Language requirements
English
