Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop purchasing policies and procedures professionally for all rugs product lines.
• Conduct inventory analysis and study client needs to formulate rugs purchasing plans.
• Conduct due diligence on rugs manufactures worldwide to evaluate business risks.
• Invite tenders, consult with rugs manufactures worldwide and review quotations.
• Negotiate and determine rugs purchasing contract terms and conditions.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate all rugs purchasing activities.
• Liaise with rugs manufacturers and customs for international shipping issues.
Skills and Qualification:
• A bachelor's degree or college diploma is required.
• Previous experience as a purchasing agent is required.
