Job Title: Architectural 3D visualization designer (NOC 52120)
Terms of Employment: Full-time, permanent position (35 hours a week)
Wage: CAD$ 33.65 per hour

Job Duties:
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings and VR experiences of luxury residences.
- Review architectural interior and exterior design concepts to translate them into visually stunning presentations that meet client expectations and objectives.
- Bring interior finishes to life by meticulously matching them with client selections and CAD drawings.
- Collaborated closely with the design team to determine the various production factors, concept(s) and cutting edge designs and participate in mood board reviews.
Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
- College Diploma in 3D modeling/Graphic design or Architecture.
- At least 3 years of work experience in photorealistic 3D Architectural modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering.
- Strong understanding of photography, architectural and interior design principles to achieve photorealistic renderings.
- Computer and technology knowledge: 3DS max and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge in Corona Renderer software and Adobe Photoshop is an asset.
- Be open to exploring new software, plug-ins and techniques.
