We are looking for a driven store supervisor to join our team. As a supervisor, you will help our team to meet our standards for quality and profitability. This will involve ensuring that all food health and safety requirements are met. Your job may also require you to hire new staff, train them, and create schedules that reflect the dynamic needs of our store.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and direct the operations of the store in the Owner/Manager’s absence and/or when on shift.
• Supervise, schedule and co-ordinate the activities of staff.
• Train the staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure all public health protocols are strictly followed.
• Establish the methods to meet work schedules.
• Ensure the quality of food and service.
• Maintain the records of stock and inventory.
• Coordinate with the Master Franchisee to restock raw materials and take-out packing materials
• Identify methods our store can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
• Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
• Perform all other related duties as required by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• College diploma or degree is required
• Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Should thrive to excel in the position
• Must be responsible and accountable
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills is required
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• The physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Willingness to work shifts with some evenings and weekends
