The Navadian CHALLENGE:

Supervise and manage teams to ensure compliance with Navada standards

Establish work plans and schedules, assign tasks and assess risks to ensure safe execution

Training staff in safe working methods and procedures from the outset

Ensure effective communication with the team and stakeholders, and organize regular meetings focused on safety and project follow-up

Act in an exemplary manner for the respect and application of OHS standards on site

Respect operational objectives by effectively managing material and human resources

Produce detailed reports on project progress, reporting, investigation and analysis of events, as well as any other document related to OHS management.

Participate in preliminary project meetings.
