Job Description:

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $53/hr, 30 hours/week

Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategic operation plans to achieve BreezeCome’s goals and objectives, focusing on both internal and external customer needs.
-Lead and manage all operational functions of BreezeCome, negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners, etc.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and timely delivery of products and services; implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity across BreezeCome.
-Develop and implement operating and facilities budgets, authorization control and reporting of expenditures, ensuring the efficient utilization of financial resources within objectives, plans and budgets established.
-Develop, adjust and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance, drive operational goals and identify areas for improvement, continuously enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
-Oversee the procurement and management of outsourced service providers, ensure requirements and expectations are met throughout the contract period, optimize productivity and minimize costs.
-Manage the recruitment and professional development of employees through the formal assessment of training needs, develop training plans.
-Provide leadership and guidance to department and branch heads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
-Research, promote and implement best practices in the delivery of efficient and effective maintenance and operations services.

Employment Requirements:
Education
-A minimum of a college diploma in engineering, business administration, commerce or other related discipline is required.

Experience
-A minimum of three years of managerial experience is required.

-Proficient in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
-Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals.
-Exceptional project management abilities, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
-Strong business development skills with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
-Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms in contracts and agreements.
