Position: Cabinet Maker (Permanent/Full Time)
No of Vacancies: 2 Positions
As a Cabinet Maker your job description would be as follows:
• Study drawings and make dimensions of parts on wood.
• Operate wood working machines and use hand tools to cut, shape and form parts and components.
• Trim joints and fit parts and assemble together as required.
• Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer or polish to finished products.
• Repair or restyle cabinets, fixtures and related products.
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Essential Skills: Large workload, physically demanding, be physically able to handle heavy equipment
Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English
Salary: $28.85 hourly for 40 hours
Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in trade is required or completion of 4-year apprenticeship program
