Description: Construction supervisors supervise and coordinate the activities of various tradespersons, installers, repairers, and servicers.
Job Location: Various locations within Lower Mainland
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
Experience: 7 months to 1 year
Number of openings: 3
Position: Permanent - Full Time
Wage: $32.20/hr.
Language: English is required.
Job Duties:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers engaged in bricklaying, roofing, cement finishing, tile setting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, insulating, and painting, and workers who install as well as service prefabricated products in residential and commercial properties.
Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
Hire, train, and promote workers in job duties as well as resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
Prepare work progress reports.
