Job description: This company is looking for one full time, permanent General Manager – Operations to join their team.

Job duties:
• Define the company's objectives and devise strategies to achieve tangible milestones. Keep updated on industry trends and technological advancements to craft policies and programs that foster innovation and sustain competitiveness amid market shifts.
• Supervise the planning, scheduling, and inventory management processes to fulfill customer needs, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize resource employment. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to gauge progress and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at reducing costs and enhancing productivity to drive operational efficiency.
• Establish and uphold financial, administrative, and quality control standards to uphold excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of logistics supervisors and operators, promoting a culture of teamwork, responsibility, and continual development. Establish key departments and corresponding senior leadership roles as needed.
• Recruit and select managers, supervisors and team leaders, establish employee hierarchies, and empower them with necessary authority. Foster collaborative work environments to facilitate alignment of goals across regions, divisions, or departments.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support organizational initiatives, endorse promotional efforts, and oversee human resources planning.
• Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or official capacities, or designate delegates for such responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree in business administration or management.
• Minimum 4 Years of experience is required.
• Working knowledge of office procedures and management.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) coupled with strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a variety of personalities in a dynamic environment.
